- 1/4 teaspoon red food coloring, optional for bright red color
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add ¾ cup water, ½ cup sugar , ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar , 1 tablespoon corn syrup , 1 teaspoon onion powder , 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper , and 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper . Stir well and bring to a light simmer.
