How To Make Air Fryer Burrata Pizza

Step 1: Begin by spreading softened butter evenly over each slice of Italian bread to create a golden, crispy base. Next, drizzle or brush ½ tablespoon of olive oil on top to boost flavor and help the bread crisp perfectly in the air fryer.

Step 2: Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to coat; season with a pinch of salt and pepper if you like.

Step 3: Evenly layer the burrata cheese over each slice of buttered and oiled bread.
Step 4: Arrange the prepared bread slices in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 3–4 minutes, until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.

Step 5: After 4 minutes in the air fryer, top the bread with marinara sauce, Parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Air fry for an additional 4 minutes at 350°F, then let cool slightly before slicing. For extra flavor, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

Easy Air Fryer Burrata Pizza Recipe Tips
- Preheat the air fryer: Always preheat to 350°F to ensure a crisp crust.
- Trim bread to fit: Cut your bread slices to fit the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Prep toppings ahead: Halve cherry tomatoes, grate Parmesan, and tear burrata before cooking to save time.
- Layer after initial crisp: Add marinara, cheese, and seasonings after the bread is partially crisped for the best texture.
- Watch the cook time: Air fry in short intervals and check to avoid overcooking the cheese.
- Garnish last: Drizzle olive oil and add fresh basil after cooking for extra flavor and presentation.
- Serve immediately: Burrata is best enjoyed warm with a crispy base and creamy center.
Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep fresh toppings like basil separate until serving to maintain flavor and texture.
- Freezing: Wrap individual slices tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge before reheating for best results.
- Reheating: Reheat slices in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is warmed through. Add fresh toppings after reheating for the best flavor and texture.
