Air Fryer Burrata Pizza features a crispy, golden crust topped with creamy burrata, fresh cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, and herbs. Quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight pizza or appetizer.
Slice the ½ cup cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
To the slice of I2 Slices Italian bread spread the ½ tablespoon butter on both sides and brush with ½ tablespoon olive oil.
Add the bread to a nonstick pan and brown on both sides.
Add the sliced tomatoes to a small bowl with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Let sit for five minutes.
Break the 1/2 cup Burrata cheese up and spread evenly over the toasted bread.
Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the burrata. Add parmesan cheese on top.
Air fry for 4 minutes at 350 degrees F.
After 4 minutes in the air fryer, remove and add the ¼ cup marinara sauce, 1-2 tablespoon parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, and ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
Air fry for another 4 minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
