Description

Air Fryer Burrata Pizza -- Pizza lovers, rejoice! We're excited to bring you a sensational recipe that will elevate your homemade pizza game: Air Fryer Burrata Pizza.

Ingredients 

  • 2 Slices Italian bread
  • ½ tablespoon butter, softened
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil, for bread + 1 tbsp olive oil (for tomatoes)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Burrata cheese, shredded
  • 1-2 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
  • To the slice of Italian bread spread the butter on both sides and brush with ½ tbsp of olive oil.
  • Add the bread to a nonstick pan and brown on both sides.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes to a small bowl with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Let sit for five minutes.
  • Break the burrata cheese up and spread evenly over the toasted bread.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the burrata. Add parmesan cheese on top.
  • Air fry for 4 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  • After 4 minutes in the air fryer, remove and add the marinara, parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  • Air fry for another 4 minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
