Air Fryer Burrata Pizza

Ingredients

Italian bread

tablespoon
butter

softened
½
tablespoon
olive oil
,
for bread + 1 tbsp olive oil (for tomatoes)

cup
cherry tomatoes
1/2
cup
Burrata cheese
,
shredded
1-2
tablespoon
parmesan cheese
,
grated
¼
cup
marinara sauce
½
teaspoon
dried oregano
¼
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
To the slice of Italian bread spread the butter on both sides and brush with ½ tbsp of olive oil.
Add the bread to a nonstick pan and brown on both sides.
Add the sliced tomatoes to a small bowl with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Let sit for five minutes.
Break the burrata cheese up and spread evenly over the toasted bread.
Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the burrata. Add parmesan cheese on top.
Air fry for 4 minutes at 350 degrees F.
After 4 minutes in the air fryer, remove and add the marinara, parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Air fry for another 4 minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
