- Quick to Make: Ready in minutes with simple ingredients.
- Perfect Snack: Great for appetizers, sides, or anytime cravings.

Ingredients Needed

- Avocados: Use ripe avocados that are slightly soft when pressed but still hold their shape. Adjust the number based on how many fries you want to make.
- Breadcrumbs: Plain or seasoned breadcrumbs create a crispy, golden coating on the avocado fries.
- Flour: All-purpose or gluten-free flour helps the coating stick better to each piece.
- Everything Bagel Seasoning: A savory mix of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion, garlic, and salt. Use store-bought or mix your own at home.
- Eggs: Beaten eggs help bind the coating so it sticks to the avocado fries.
How To Make Air Fryer Everything Bagel Avocado Fries

Step 1: Slice the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and cut into wedges or fry-shaped pieces. Gently peel away the skin, leaving clean avocado slices.

Step 2: Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds and everything bagel seasoning. Arrange them in order—avocado wedges, flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture—for easy coating.

Step 3: Dip each avocado wedge into the beaten egg, letting any excess drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly so it sticks. Repeat until all wedges are evenly coated.

Step 4: Arrange the coated avocado wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Step 5: Melt the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in water until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. Drizzle the creamy sauce over the avocado fries before serving.

Easy Air Fryer Everything Bagel Avocado Fries Recipe Tips
- Choose ripe avocados: Slightly firm avocados hold their shape while frying.
- Even coating: Make sure each wedge is fully coated with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs for maximum crispiness.
- Single layer cooking: Arrange avocado wedges in a single layer in the air fryer for even cooking.
- Flip halfway: Turn fries halfway through cooking to ensure all sides are golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately: These fries are best enjoyed fresh for the perfect crunchy texture.
- Optional extras: Sprinkle extra everything bagel seasoning or drizzle with cream cheese dressing for added flavor.
Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Store leftover avocado fries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. They are best eaten the same day for maximum crispiness.
- Freezing: Freezing avocado fries is not recommended, as the texture will become mushy when thawed. For best results, make only what you plan to eat immediately.
- Reheating: Reheat leftover fries in the air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes to restore some crispiness. Avoid microwaving, as it will make them soggy.

Air Fryer Avocado Fries Everything Bagel Seasoning Recipe Faqs
Can I make these without an air fryer? Yes! Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Can I use gluten-free breadcrumbs? Absolutely! Gluten-free breadcrumbs work perfectly and still create a crunchy coating.
How do I adjust the spice level? Reduce or omit any spicy seasonings, or add extra everything bagel seasoning for more savory flavor.
Can I prep the avocado wedges ahead of time? It’s best to slice and coat the avocado just before cooking, as prepped avocado can brown quickly.
Can I make a dipping sauce for these fries? Yes! Cream cheese-based sauces, ranch, or spicy aioli all pair wonderfully with these avocado fries.

Air Fryer Everything Bagel Avocado Fries (Crispy & Delish)
Description
Ingredients
- 2 large avocado, ripe
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, white or black sesame seeds
Serving:
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 lime wedges
Instructions
- Cut the 2 large avocado in half, remove the pits, and slice them lengthwise into wedges or fry-like shapes. Carefully remove the avocado skin, leaving you with avocado wedges.
- Place whisked 2 large eggs a mixture of 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, and 3 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning in separate bowls. In the last bowl, add the 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
- Line up the bowls in the following order: avocado wedges, flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
- Dip each avocado wedge into the whisked eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then coat the avocado wedge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it adheres well. Repeat this process until all avocado wedges are coated.
- Place the coated avocado wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, and set cook time for 8-10minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip the avocado fries halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
