Easy Air Fryer Chocolate Bark Recipe Tips

  • Use good-quality chocolate so the bark melts smoothly and tastes rich
  • Keep the air fryer temperature low to avoid burning the chocolate
  • Line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal
  • Spread the chocolate evenly so it sets at the same time
  • Add toppings while the chocolate is still warm so they stick
  • Don’t overcrowd toppings or the bark won’t break cleanly
  • Let the chocolate fully set before snapping into pieces
  • Chill briefly if needed, but don’t over-refrigerate
  • Store in an airtight container to keep it from blooming

Storing Instructions

  • Storing: Store chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, away from heat or direct sunlight. For longer storage, keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, separating layers with parchment paper.
  • Freezing: You can also freeze chocolate bark for up to 2 months; thaw at room temperature before serving so condensation doesn’t affect the texture.
