This is a really easy breakfast with the help of the air fryer. It is a great puffed pancake which is so buttery and delicious, and it's perfect for those lazy Sunday days.
Start by adding your butter to an air fryer safe pan. Then set the air fryer to 350 degrees F, and just heat up the air fryer, until the butter is melted.
Meanwhile in a small mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, flour, and milk, mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan (the butter should be melted by now)
Place your pan into the air fryer basket or on the tray. Set the timer for 5 minutes. (This means that you cook the puff pancake for 5 minutes.) Cook until it's cooked in the middle, due to the different wattages and air fryers, all air fryers cook differently.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour some maple syrup over to serve.
