Air Fryer, Grilled Citrus and Herb Chicken (KETO and Weight Watcher's Friendly)

this is a great and light dish. This is perfectly grilled inside your air fryer. I changed the temperature to really get the grilled flavor.  The marinade has a great flavor that would work on fish as well.

  • 2 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast (about 8 ounces each)

Citrus Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, place your chicken and then the marinade ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  2. Then place on the air fryer basket or tray, and set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes. (air fryer setting)

  3. Then turn the temperature up to 400 degrees F, for another 5 minutes. (air fryer setting)

  4. Plate, serve and enjoy!
