Air Fryer Kale Chips

These are so easy to make, and they are so healthy, feel free to add any seasonings, ranch, salt, and pepper, etc.

  • 4 cups kale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Start by adding your kale to a large mixing bowl, mix in the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Then spread it out in your air fryer basket or air fryer tray.

  3. Set the tray in the oven or basket back in the holder.

  4. Set the temperature to 340 degrees F, for 5 minutes, after about 3 minutes either shake your basket or mix them with tongs.

  5. Plater, serve and enjoy!
