Carrots, are so healthy and these are so easy to make, the are the perfect vegetable for any meal. This is a great Thanksgiving and holiday recipe. I always make these at Easter. for a perfect side dish. My kids love the flavor and I love that they are so easy.
Start by pouring the baby carrots into a large mixing bowl, then pour in the olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Making sure that the carrots are well coated.
Place on the air fryer tray or in the air fryer basket, and set the temperature 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, shake the basket or flip the carrots with tongs.
Set the timer for another 5 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
