Air Fryer, Air Fried, Instant Pot, Vortex Plus, Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh chicken wings

Buffalo Sauce:

  • 12 ounces hot sauce
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons Worcesteshire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco (more if you like it hot)

Instructions

  1. Start by putting your chicken wings in the air fryer basket on the tray.

  2. Set the temperature to 380 degrees F, for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes flip the chicken wings, and set for another 12 minutes.

  3. Then increased the temperature to 400 degrees F, for another 5 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure they are fully cooked, if not, or if you like them crunchier, add another 5 minutes.

  4. Then in a medium saucepan mix together the hot sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and tabasco.  Heat in a medium-size saucepan.

  5. When the wings and sauce are done, toss them in the hot sauce, 

  6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
