Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken Recipe Tips

🔥 Pound the chicken for even cooking – Flattening the chicken breasts helps them cook evenly and stay juicy.

⏱️ Marinate for extra flavor – Let the chicken sit in the honey mustard sauce for at least 30 minutes to infuse it with bold, tangy flavor.

🥓 Use freshly cooked bacon – Crisp up the bacon just before topping for the best texture and taste.

🧄 Don’t skip the seasoning – Season both sides of the chicken before cooking to build layers of flavor.

🧀 Shred your own cheese – Pre-shredded cheese can be waxy; freshly shredded melts smoother and tastes richer.

🌿 Garnish matters – A sprinkle of fresh parsley adds color and a burst of freshness to balance the richness.

    Storing, Freezing & Reheating Instructions

    • Storing 🧊: Store leftover Alice Springs Chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Let it cool completely before sealing to prevent sogginess.
    • Freezing ❄️: Freeze in a freezer-safe container or wrapped tightly in foil for up to 2 months. For best results, freeze without toppings and add cheese/bacon fresh when reheating.
    • Reheating 🔥: Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through and cheese is bubbly. Microwave in 30-second bursts if you’re short on time, but oven keeps it crispier.
