HOW TO COOK TWO TYPES OF FROZEN BREADED CHICKEN STRIPS IN YOUR AIR FRYER

The first thing that you need to figure out when you were looking at what temperature to use and how long to cook your Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Tenders or Strips (Breaded) for is to look on the bag and find out which one of the two types of chicken, you are dealing with. Since frozen breaded chicken comes in both raw and precooked.

Raw:

Raw means that the chicken has not been cooked at all. It has been frozen after the company has breaded the chicken. This means that you will need to cook the chicken for longer than if it was pre-cooked.

If you are cooking raw breaded chicken in the air fryer, use a meat thermometer, and check the internal temperature, which should be 165 degrees F.

Pre-Cooked:

Usually flash-frozen, after cooked, and then shipped to grocery stores> About 90% of the frozen Chicken Tenders or Strips (Breaded) is precooked. This would be typical of Tyson Brands, Kirkwood, and Perdue.
