Air Fryer Copycat In And Out Burger Wrap Recipe Faqs

Can I use a different type of cheese for the Copycat In-N-Out Burger Wrap? Yes, while American cheese is traditional for In-N-Out burgers, you can swap it for other cheeses like cheddar, Swiss, or provolone to suit your taste preferences. Keep in mind that it may change the flavor profile slightly.

Can I make this recipe with a plant-based patty? Absolutely! You can easily substitute the ground beef with a plant-based patty to make a vegetarian or vegan version of the wrap. Be sure to adjust cooking times based on the type of patty you’re using.

Can I prepare the wrap in advance? You can prepare the wraps ahead of time, but it’s best to store them un-cooked and air fry them just before serving to maintain the crispy texture. If you pre-assemble and store them, the tortillas may become soggy.

How do I make this recipe spicier? To add some heat, consider adding jalapeño slices or a spicy sauce to the wrap. You can also increase the amount of hot sauce or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the burger patties.

Can I use store-bought tortillas? Yes, store-bought tortillas work perfectly for this recipe. Look for large, soft flour tortillas for the best wrap. If you prefer homemade tortillas, you can easily use your favorite recipe instead.
