How To Make Air Fryer Taco Bites

Step One: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in cilantro if using.

Add the seasoned taco meat the biscuit cup.

Step Two: Open the refrigerated biscuits and place onto into the egg bite mold. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Press the dough onto the sides.

Add salsa on top of the taco meat.

Step Three: Place a spoonful of seasoned taco meat in the center of each dough piece. Top with salsa and shredded cheddar cheese.

Step Four: Set cook time for 6–8 minutes, at air fryer temperature of 350 degrees F, cook until golden brown and cooked through.

Step Five: Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, optional
  • 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 1 pound lean ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in the 1 ounce taco seasoning and ¾ cup water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro if using.
  • Open the 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits and place onto into the egg bite mold. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Press the dough onto the sides.
