Air Fryer Taco Bites are crispy, cheesy, bite-sized snacks filled with seasoned taco meat. Quick and easy to make, they’re perfect for appetizers, parties, or game day.
Ingredients
1poundlean ground beef
1ouncetaco seasoning
¾cupwater
1/2cupsalsa
2tablespoonschopped cilantro, optional
12ouncesrefrigerated biscuits
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 1 pound lean ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in the 1 ounce taco seasoning and ¾ cup water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro if using.
Open the 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits and place onto into the egg bite mold. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Press the dough onto the sides.
Place a spoonful of seasoned taco meat in the center of each dough piece. Top with 1/2 cup salsa and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Set cook time for 6–8 minutes, at air fryer temperature of 350 degrees F, cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
