Description

Air Fryer Taco Bites are crispy, cheesy, bite-sized snacks filled with seasoned taco meat. Quick and easy to make, they’re perfect for appetizers, parties, or game day.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, optional
  • 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 1 pound lean ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in the 1 ounce taco seasoning and ¾ cup water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro if using.
  • Open the 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits and place onto into the egg bite mold. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Press the dough onto the sides.
  • Place a spoonful of seasoned taco meat in the center of each dough piece. Top with 1/2 cup salsa and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Set cook time for 6–8 minutes, at air fryer temperature of 350 degrees F, cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
