Ingredients Needed

- Strawberry Cake Mix: Provides sweet, fruity flavor and soft cookie base.
- Vegetable Oil: Adds moisture and helps create a tender texture.
- Eggs: Bind ingredients together and add richness to cookies.
- White or Chocolate Chips: Adds creamy, sweet chunks throughout each cookie bite.
How To Make Air Fryer Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

Step 1: Place the strawberry cake mix in a large mixing bowl. Add the vegetable oil and eggs, then mix until smooth. Gently fold in the white or chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Step 2: If using a basket-style air fryer, line it with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil. For an air fryer oven, simply spray the tray with olive oil. Scoop about one tablespoon of cookie dough onto the basket or tray and set the air fryer to 320 degrees F for 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining dough until all cookies are cooked.

Air Fryer Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies Recipe Tips
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer: Leave at least one inch between cookies so they cook evenly.
- Use a small cookie scoop: A one-tablespoon scoop ensures uniform cookies that bake consistently.
- Check cookies early: Air fryer models vary, so start checking at four to five minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Adjust cookie size if needed: Smaller cookies cook faster and may become crispier, while larger ones stay soft in the center.
- Cool slightly before serving: Let cookies rest for a few minutes after baking to firm up and enhance texture.
- Mix-ins for variety: Add sprinkles, white or chocolate chips, or dried fruit for extra flavor and fun.
- Storage tip: Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to four days or freeze for longer.
Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Keep cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. They stay fresh for up to four days.
- Freezing: Arrange cookies in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe container. They can be frozen for up to three months.
- Reheating: Warm cookies in the air fryer or microwave for 10 to 20 seconds. This softens them and refreshes their freshly baked texture.
