This is such an easy recipe, and it all starts with a packaged cake mix. Remember to watch your cookies as they go from perfect to burnt in a matter of seconds. I always try my first batch with 2 cookies until I find the perfect temperature and time since all air fryers differ.
Ingredients
1packagestrawberry cake mix
1/3cupvegetable oil
2largeeggs
3/4cupwhite chocolate chips, or chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients.
Then if you are using a basket air fryer, line your basket with parchment paper (then spray with olive oil); if you are using an air fryer oven, simply spray the tray with olive oil.
Add about a tablespoon of cake mix to the basket or tray.
Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 4 to 7 minutes. (air fryer setting)
For best results, do not over mix the dough. Otherwise, you will end up with dense cookies. Once the ingredients are combined, stop mixing.
You can use either use white chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips. Either is fine.
This recipe will work in both an Air Fryer Basket or Air Fryer Oven Model. This recipe will also work in a Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, Instant Pot Crips Lid, and a Melathy Lid. The cooking time will vary, but the recipe will remain the same.
The cookies will harden as they cool down, so do not overbake.
Let the cookies cool down before you remove them from the air fryer basket.
Keep the dough in the refrigerator as you cook these cookies in batches.
