Description

Air Fryer Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with sweet strawberry flavor. Quick and easy dessert made entirely in your air fryer in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 1 package strawberry cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips, or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients.
  • Then if you are using a basket air fryer, line your basket with parchment paper (then spray with olive oil); if you are using an air fryer oven, simply spray the tray with olive oil.
  • Add about a tablespoon of cake mix to the basket or tray.
  • Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 4 to 7 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  • Repeated until you use all of the batter.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
