Pro Tips:

  • If you want, you can cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Either way, the cooking time will remain the same.
  • Continue to roast the tomatoes until you have them done the way that you want them. Some people love them slightly roasted, while others like them with a great char on them. The air fryer will do both, but the cooking time will vary.
  • This recipe will work in any Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model. I have also cooked these up in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, GoWise, PowerXL, Instant Pot Vortex Plus, and Instant Pot Crisp Lid. The recipe will remain the same.
  • If you want to reduce your clean-up time, you can either use a piece of parchment paper or use a reusable air fryer silicone liner. Neither of them would affect the cooking time.
  • Play around with your seasoning mix, some great ones are dried oregano, basil, or rosemary. you can also serve these Air Fryer Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with some fresh basil.
