Air Fryer Peach Crostata is amazing! I love summer because I can not get enough of buying fresh peaches, and this has to be one of my favorite Air Fryer Deserts!

What is not to love, a flaky crust filled with fresh peaches and then tossed in ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and some melted butter?

This is a great and easy dessert, and it’s made in the Air Fryer, which perfectly crisps up the crust to golden perfection!

Then roll out the dough (I used prepared, but feel free to use homemade) onto the air fryer tray or basket.

Scoop the filling in the center of the dough. Leaving enough edges uncovered to fold up. Fold up the edges, and then press them closed., using your fingers.

Crack the egg whites into a small bowl, mix in 2 tablespoons of water, and whisk. Brush egg whites over the edges. Then sprinkle sugar over the edges.

Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

Some Pro Tips:

  • Depending on which air fryer you own, you may want to prebake the crust a bit so the underside is fully cooked. Again this will depend on where the heating element is in your air fryer.
  • You can substitute out for peach pie filling. The recipe will work the same.
  • You can make this pie in advance, cover it and chill it in the refrigerator.
  • If you want a thicker peach filling, add some cornstarch to the mixture.
  • You can use either prepared pie dough or homemade. The recipe will work the same.

DOES IT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?

Yes, I usually do place this into the refrigerator, otherwise the crust will get soggy.

For best results, you can refrigerate it, and then heat it up before serving.

HOW DO YOU THICKEN THE FILLING?

If you want a thicker peach filling, you should add some cornstarch to the mixture, and mix well.

HOW LONG WILL IT KEEP?

This pie will keep for about 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. After that, wrap it really tightly with saran wrap.

You can reheat it in the microwave if you want to serve it warmed up.

CAN YOU FREEZE THIS PIE?

This Air Fryer Peach Crostata freezes quite well.

To Freeze: Let the crostata cool to room temperature, wrap several times in plastic wrap, and then a couple of times in foil. Finally, place the wrapped crostata in a freezer bag.

It will last for about 1 to 2 months.

To use from the freezer, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
