Step One: Begin by brushing the melted butter into your ramekins. In a small bowl, combine the cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Step Two: Spoon the cake batter evenly into the two ramekins without stirring. Top each with about three tablespoons of diced peaches, then air fry at 320°F for 10–12 minutes.

Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Mug Cake Recipe Tips
- Use well-drained peaches: Prevents excess moisture that can make the cake soggy.
- Don’t overfill the mug or ramekin: Leave space for the cake to rise during cooking.
- Check doneness: The mug cake is ready when the top is set and lightly golden.
- Customize flavors: Add a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or a splash of vanilla for extra warmth.
- Serve warm: Top with whipped cream or ice cream for a cozy, indulgent treat.
Storing and Make Ahead Instructions
- Storing Instructions: Store any leftover mug cakes or ramekin desserts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat briefly in the microwave or air fryer before serving to enjoy warm and fresh.
- Make-Ahead Instructions: Assemble the batter and peaches in the ramekins ahead of time and cover them tightly with plastic wrap. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, then air fry just before serving for a quick, fresh dessert.
