Description

Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Mug Cake – quick, single-serving dessert with juicy peaches and a golden, buttery topping, ready in minutes for a cozy treat.

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted
  • 6 tablespoons white cake mix, or yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 5 tablespoons milk, any type
  • 8 ounces peaches, diced and drained

Instructions

  • Start by adding the melted2 tablespoons butter to your ramekins or mug.
  • In a small bowl, mix the 6 tablespoons white cake mix 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, and 5 tablespoons milk Mix well.
  • Divide the cake batter into the two ramekins, do not mix.
  • Place about 3 tablespoons of diced 8 ounces peaches on top, without stirring, and then place into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
