Air Fryer Fruity Pebbles Donuts are a great and easy breakfast treat! You will love this fun donut if you love the Fruity Pebbles Cereal!

These donuts started with a basic vanilla donut, made in my mini air fryer donut pan (affiliate link), and then I iced them with white frosting, and my kids and I had a great time tossing the cereal on top. My kids are big Fruity Pebbles fans, so they loved this special breakfast treat!

I love making something special for the kids on the weekend. Since they don’t have to wake up early for school or cyber school, it gives me time to make a leisurely breakfast. Spray your donut pan with non-stick cooking spray. Then pour the prepared batter into the donut pan, filling about 2/3 way full. Set the pan into the air fryer basket for 10-12 minutes at 320 degrees F (air fryer setting). Allow the donuts to cool before icing them.

To make the icing: In a small bowl, mix the milk, powdered sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Then dip the donuts into the icing and scatter the Fruity Pebbles on top.

Pro Tips:

  • Let the batter chill for about 30 to 60 minutes before air frying; let the dough firm up.
  • Make sure that you thoroughly coat the donut mold with cooking spray before filling the mold; this way, the donut will pop out.
  • Cover the donut with sprinkles while the frosting is wet. Otherwise, the sprinkles will not stick.
  • Store any uneaten donuts in an airtight container so they do not dry out.
