How to Make Air Fryer Keto Egg Lasagna

Step Two: Add about 1 ½ cup of cheese to the eggs, mix well, and pour into the prepared casserole dish.

Step Three: Place the casserole dish in the air fryer and cook at 330°F until the eggs are fully set, about 5–8 minutes. Spread the marinara sauce over the eggs, sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella on top, and return to the air fryer at 250°F for 2–4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step Four: Remove the egg lasagna from the air fryer and top with extra shredded mozzarella or fresh basil before serving.

Ingredient Notes

  • Eggs: For best results, use room-temperature eggs. Remove them for about 30 minutes before you make the lasagna.
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: I prefer to shred my cheese, as it melts better than store-bought shredded cheese. Since the packaged cheese has a coating of wood pulp over your cheese, it will not melt as well as freshly shredded cheese.
  • Marinara Sauce: You can either use store-bought or homemade.

Air Fryer Keto Egg Lasagna Recipe Tips

  • Use room-temperature eggs: They whisk better and cook more evenly in the air fryer.
  • Spray your dish well: Prevents sticking and keeps cleanup simple.
  • Check doneness early: Air fryer times vary, so check eggs are set before adding sauce.
  • Layer thoughtfully: Spread sauce and cheese evenly for balanced flavor in every bite.
  • Customize fillings: Add cooked sausage, spinach, or mushrooms for extra flavor and protein.

Storing Instructions

  • Refrigerator: Cool completely, then cover tightly with foil or an airtight container. Keeps 3–4 days.
  • Freezer: Wrap tightly or store in a freezer-safe dish for up to 2 months.
  • Reheating: Air fryer at 350°F for 5–8 minutes keeps eggs fluffy and cheese melty. Oven works too; microwaving may make it a bit softer.
