This Air Fryer Keto Egg Lasagna is a quick, low-carb meal with layers of eggs, melted cheese, and savory fillings. Perfect for a protein-packed breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients
3largeegg, room temperature
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2cupmarinara sauce
Serve With: Fresh Basil Leaves and Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Spray your casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, beat the 3 large egg, and then season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Add about 1 ½ cup of cheese to the eggs, mix well, and pour into the prepared casserole dish.
Set into the air fryer temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting. And set cook time for 5-8 minutes, until the eggs are cooked.
Add the sauce, and the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and air fry, until the cheese is melted (about 2 to 4 minutes at 250 degrees F, air fryer setting)
Serve with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
