What Are Egg And Toast Cups?

They are a piece of bread on the bottom of a muffin tin, and then you crack an egg in the center of the bread.

They are set into the air fryer and baked up to perfection. This will give you a piece of toasted bread and a perfectly cooked egg in the middle.

This makes for a great, easy breakfast option that the entire family will love!

How To Make Air Fryer Egg & Toast Cups

Egg Mixture for bread

Start by spraying your ramekins with olive oil or cooking spray. Then, in a small bowl, mix the eggs, and milk, salt, and pepper.

Dip bread in Egg Mixture

Dip the bread into the batter, and allow about 1 minute to soak both sides. Place the battered piece of toast into the greased ramekin.

Crack an egg in the center of the bread. Sprinkle some cheese on top of the egg. Set the ramekins into the air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Yes, they are. If you are looking for a low-carb or KETO-friendly option, use a low-carb bread.

They are a great source of protein and fiber. You can also make them healthier by adding some sauteed vegetables. I have used sauteed onions and peppers, and they were amazing.

The eggs are filled with protein, making you feel full until you get to lunch!

Can I store leftover egg cups?

If you have any leftovers, let them cool to room temperature. Then wrap them up in saran wrap and place them in the refrigerator.

They will last for about 1 to 2 days.

To reheat them, either reheat them in the microwave or place them into the air fryer and heat them until warmed through.
