Stir Fry In Air Fryer
There is no more leisurely meal to make than stir fry. With just a few minutes of prep time, you can have an easy, healthy dinner ready in 20 minutes. A traditional stovetop stir fry requires oil or butter for frying the food before adding the sauce and vegetables- which means that it’s not vegetarian-friendly.
Air Fryers are all about making healthier versions of our favorite foods with less fat and calories! The air fryer uses hot air to cook your food instead of oil, so there is zero chance for splattering messes on your walls or counters. This post will show you how to create a vegan, low-calorie recipe using an air fryer!
Can You Do A Stir Fry In An Air Fryer?
Of course, you can remember that you can make anything in the oven in an air fryer! This is a great way to make a one-pot and healthy meal!
So, whether you use beef, shrimp, chicken, or even tofu, you can make it all in your air fryer!
Can You Cook A Frozen Stir Fry In The Air Fryer?
Yes, I make frozen vegetables all of the time, and frozen stir fry is no different. So, whether you grab a bag at Costco or Trader Joe’s, this same recipe will work!
You can also add in frozen vegetables along with your protein to create a very quick and delicious meal!
