Description

Make a quick and delicious Easy Ninja Foodi Chicken Stir Fry! Tender chicken and crisp vegetables cooked perfectly in the Ninja Foodi with a savory, flavorful sauce—ready in just minutes for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ pounds diced chicken breast
  • 2 cups stir fry veggies
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat your Ninja Foodi air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes. While the air fryer is preheating, add your chicken and stir fry veggies to a large bowl. Coat the meat and veggies in olive oil and then transfer them to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry your veggies and diced chicken for 15 minutes, shaking the basket a few times. While your air fryer is going, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, cornstarch, and ginger.
  • Once your chicken and veggies are done cooking, add them to the Ninja Foodi instant pot along with your sauce. Set the pot to saute on high and stir the mixture occasionally for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce starts to bubble.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Ninja Foodi
  • Tongs

Notes

Recipe Notes:
  • You can serve your stir fry over a bed of white rice or some ramen noodles.
  • Make sure that your cornstarch is completely dissolved in the sauce before adding it to the chicken and veggies.
  • We usually just grab a bag of frozen stir fry veggies from the store for this recipe. You can add them to the air fryer basket frozen.
  • You can easily make this recipe gluten free by using coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. The flavor will be exactly the same.
  • Store any leftover stir fry in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can reheat a serving of stir fry in the microwave for about 1 - 1 ½ minutes. I recommend covering you stir fry with a paper towel so the sauce doesn/t spatter.
  • If you have fresh garlic then you can use 3 cloves of freshly minced garlic instead of garlic powder.
