Air Fryer, Easy Apricot Pork Chops

This was an easy alternative to shake and bake pork chops, the air fryer does a great chop at cooking them, without much effort. Today I made a sauce, which was really easy and my kids loved the pork chops.




  1. Start by flattening your pork on a cutting board.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spray your basket with non-stick cooking spray and then place the pork loin into the air fryer basket.
  4. Set your temperature to 320 degrees F.
  5. For 5 minutes.
  6. Check your pork for doneness, it needs to reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
    Once it reaches an internal temperature, remove from the air fryer.

  8. Dip your pork chops into the apricot sauce.
  9. Plate, serve, and enjoy!


To make the apricot sauce, simply add the olive oil and garlic to a small frying pan, heat up the garlic for about a minute, then add the soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, water, and apricot jam, continuing simmering, until it comes to a boil.
