Air Fryer Curried Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a staple at any gathering. But they’re not just for parties! Deviled eggs make the perfect appetizer or side dish for game day, brunch, or dinner. This recipe is my go-to when I’m in need of an easy and delicious meal to please everyone at the table. The curry powder adds spice with some heat, making this dish perfect for those who like it hot! It’s also low-carb and gluten-free so that anyone can enjoy them without worrying about their diet restrictions.

Deviled Eggs are also KETO, Low-Carb, and Gluten-Free, so they are a great snack to reach for when you are looking for a little snack!

As always, feel free to tweak the recipe as you see fit by adding more or less curry powder depending on your taste buds’ preference for spicy food. I recommend starting with 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder if you want to give it some spice, but continue to add some if you like a lot of heat!

What Are Deviled Eggs?

We all love deviled eggs, but what are they? Deviled eggs are a dish of hard-boiled eggs with yolk mixed with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. They are often served as an appetizer or side to sandwiches. They can be bedeviled by adding other ingredients such as pickles, olives, chives, paprika, or anything else!

The name comes from the word “devil,” meaning spicy-hot. Deviled eggs have been around for centuries, and it’s believed that they were first made in France during the 1800s when people would put all sorts of things into their egg recipes to make them more flavorful. There are many different types of deviled eggs these days, including bacon, jalapeno deviled eggs, or even buffalo chicken ones!

Everyone loves Deviled Eggs! They are so good! So good!

What Is Curry?

Curry is an exciting spice that has been around for centuries. It has a long history of being used in India, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Curry can be made served with any meat or vegetable that you like to eat. This means it’s great for vegetarians too! You might even be able to find curry powder at your local grocery store if you’re looking for something quick and simple to make tonight.

Curry adds a lot of kick, to any dish, with such little amount! It’s a great spice to keep on hand!

Start peeling the eggs and make sure all the shells are removed. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and transfer all the egg yolk to a separate bowl. To the bowl with egg yolk, add all your ingredients, and mix until smooth.

Put the filling in a piping bag (or use a zip lock bag and cut off a tip, if you don’t have one) and start filing the egg halves again.

Garnish with parsley and serve.

Make Ahead Tips:

To make Air Fryer Curried Deviled Eggs ahead of time, you can keep hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerator for up to about a week.

Then, prepare your deviled egg filling just before serving so it is fresh and delicious!

How To Store:

To make sure your hard-boiled eggs last, cool them down in the refrigerator instead of letting them sit at room temperature. This way you can keep deviled eggs for up to two days before serving!

The best tip I can give you is to cover these tightly with saran wrap! They will stay much fresher!
