Description

This is such an easy way to get more bacon in your air fryer, and who doesn’t love this side dish. Then you get a great caramelized flavor with the maple syrup and brown sugar. This is one of my family’s favorite, I adapted it from my mom’s recipe, which she used in the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Tie each piece of bacon into a knot. Then add it to the ungreased air fryer basket or ungreased air fryer tray.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar and maple syrup.
  3. Use a pastry brush and brush the maple/brown sugar mixture onto the knots.
  4. Place your  knots into the preheated air fryer for 7-9 minutes (depending on how you like your bacon)
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
