Easy Air Fryer Boboli Pizza Recipe Tips
- Don’t Overload Toppings: Too many toppings can make the crust soggy and prevent even cooking.
- Even Cheese Layer: Spread cheese evenly to ensure it melts consistently.
- Watch the Air Fryer: Air fryers vary—check the pizza halfway through to prevent burning.
- Crispier Crust: Lightly brush the edges with olive oil for a golden, crunchy crust.
- Custom Flavors: Experiment with different cheeses, vegetables, or herbs for unique pizzas.
- Use Parchment Paper (Optional): Helps prevent sticking and makes cleanup easier.
- Rest Before Slicing: Let the pizza cool 1–2 minutes for easier slicing and better texture.
Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Let the pizza cool completely before storing to prevent sogginess. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freezing: Wrap individual slices tightly in plastic wrap or foil, then place in a freezer-safe bag. Freeze for up to 2 months for convenient future meals.
- Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes to restore crispiness. Alternatively, warm in the oven at 375°F for 5–7 minutes until heated through.

Thank you so much for having Bobili pizza directions including how to make the crust even crispier. I so agree with the comment below suggesting that air fryer directions should now be on the crust package. MS, Ocala, Fl.

Before I found this site, I contacted Bobli directly to see if they had air fryer directions for making pizza. Their response was that if it wasn’t on the packaging then they wouldn’t have any further information. I suggested that due to the popularity of air fryers, instructions should be included on both their packaging and website. She said she’d pass the suggestion along. I’m surprised the information isn’t already included in both places. So I’m glad I found you!
