My youngest son loves blueberries, so I added some for him, but you could make this without the blueberries or add your favorite fruit, or even a topping of brown sugar.

Today’s mission how to make a healthy Air Fryer Baked Oatmeal For One or Two
Ingredients Used Today:
- Rolled Oats, Quick Oats or Old-Fashioned Oats
- Salt
- Ground Cinnamon
- Pure Vanilla Extract
- Baking Powder
- Butter
- Maple Syrup
- Egg
- Milk
- Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
How To Make Air Fryer Baked Blueberry Oatmeal
In a large bowl, mix the old-fashioned oats, salt, ground cinnamon, baking powder, pure vanilla extract, melted butter, maple syrup, egg, and milk.
Mix well together. Then spray your casserole dish or ramekins with cooking spray. Fold in the Blueberries (if they are frozen, keep them frozen) Pour the oatmeal mixture into the greased dish or ramekin. Filling about 1/2 way full.
Place your filed dish into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 300 degrees F, and set the time for 10-15 minutes, air fryer setting.
Note: The exact time is determined by the air fryer you own and how big your dish is; ramekins will cook faster than a larger bowl. So, keep on checking until it’s set.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats, quick oats, or old fashioned oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
