Air Fryer, Peanut Butter & Jelly Streusel English Muffins

This is such a fun lunch for the kids. It is one of my son’s favorite, and you only need a few pantry items, so it’s the perfect lunch for a day like today!

  • 2 English muffins
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup grape jam or another type you have on hand

  1. Start by cutting the English Muffins in half.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, old-fashioned oats together, until they are crumbly.
  3. Then spread the peanut butter on the English muffin, followed by a smear of grape jelly (or any jam or jelly you have one hand), then sprinkle the oatmeal mixture on.
  4. Set in the air fryer at 250 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Until everything is melted and gooey
  5. Continue to make the rest, until you are done.
  6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
