Some people say that scones are the quintessential British baked good because they are crispy on the outside yet light and fluffy on the inside.

They can be eaten with tea for breakfast or as an afternoon snack with coffee, but my favorite is to enjoy them warm from the air fryer right after I bake them. Plus, it’s always nice to have something sweet after dinner, especially when you want to indulge in something decadent without spending hours baking them.
