Description

Absolutely delicious, you can try this with any white fish, I have made this with haddock and cod. My kids love the flavor, I love how easy it is. It has bold spices which really draw up the flavor of the fish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 6 ounce tailapia fillets
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Start by making the rub, mix together the paprika, brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Then rub the spices onto the fish. (Both sides)
  3. Spray this fish with olive oil spray, and then place into the air fryer basket or oven. Set the temperature for 400 degrees F, for 4 minutes, after 4 minutes, flip (spray again) and add another 4 minutes.
  4. Plate, serve and enjoy!
