Air Fryer Macaroni and Cheese Balls

Air Fryer Macaroni and Cheese Balls

Today is a fun take on an Air Fryer Macaroni And Cheese Balls. Easy to make with a few ingredients and they make a great afternoon treat!

Macaroni and Cheese is my son’s favorite meal of all time. He literally uses the Instant Pot to make it like every day. While it’s not the healthiest of meals, he absolutely loves it. So, we used the leftover macaroni and cheese to make these fried treats. They are delicious and so easy to make in the air fryer.

My kids know that a great air fryer snack usually involves some sort of dough. Today’s was simple because I used premade dough, but if you want to make this truly homemade just change out the dough. It’s that easy.

How To Make Mac and Cheese Balls In Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
  • Leftover Macaroni and Cheese (cold)
  • Olive Oil Spray

Simple Directions:

  1. Start by laying out the biscuits, flatten them with a rolling pin.
  2. Then add about 2 tablespoons of the COLD macaroni and cheese in the middle.
  3. Roll up, paying careful attention to seal the ends, pinch them until you know they are closed.
  4. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Set the filled biscuits into the air fryer basket, being careful not to crowd the basket.
  6. Set the temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5-6 minutes, until they’re golden brown.
  7. Check to make sure the biscuits are fully cooked. If they are not, flip them and air fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
