Air Fryer Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls are so good! If you have been looking for a sweet breakfast treat or dessert, this is the perfect recipe!

Filled or stuffed crescents are a fantastic combination, quick to make and delicious to eat. I run a great group of air fryer fanatics, and we pride ourselves on quick and delicious food; after all, that is why most of us purchased an air fryer.

So, today, I am starting my series on stuffed crescents. Last week, I asked the group, what do you stuff your crescents with? They responded by the hundreds, so I have plenty of ideas to keep me busy.

If you are not keen on store-bought dough, you can easily make your own crescent dough; the recipe will work the same.

Pro Tips

To make the best Air Fryer Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls, consider these pro tips for a delightful and foolproof result:

  • Soften Cream Cheese Properly: Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before mixing it with other ingredients. Softened cream cheese blends more easily and results in a smoother filling.
  • Adjust Sweetness and Tanginess: Taste the cheesecake filling and adjust the amount of sugar and lemon juice to achieve your desired level of sweetness and tanginess. Not everyone’s taste preferences are the same.
  • Seal the Crescent Rolls Securely: When rolling up the crescent rolls, seal the edges tightly to prevent filling from leaking out during air frying.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheating your air fryer for a few minutes ensures that the rolls start cooking immediately and helps achieve even results.
  • Space the Rolls Evenly: Arrange the filled crescent rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving enough space between them to allow for proper air circulation. Crowding may lead to uneven cooking.
  • Monitor Cooking Time: Keep a close eye on the rolls as they cook in the air fryer. Cooking times can vary depending on your air fryer model, so be ready to adjust as needed to avoid overcooking.
  • Use Cooking Spray or Oil: Grease the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray or oil to prevent the rolls from sticking.
  • Dust with Powdered Sugar Carefully: If you choose to dust the rolls with powdered sugar, do so after they have cooled slightly. Use a fine-mesh sieve or sifter for a light and even dusting.
  • Serve Warm: These crescent rolls are best enjoyed while still warm. Serve them shortly after air frying to savor their crispy exterior and creamy interior.
  • Get Creative: Feel free to experiment with variations by adding fresh berries or a drizzle of fruit syrup to the cheesecake filling for a unique twist.

By following these pro tips, you can create Air Fryer Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls that are perfectly cooked, flavorful, and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
