There is no better salsa than a homemade Pineapple Salsa! This is a great and healthy salsa which only needs a few ingredients. But it packs a lot of flavors!

Made with either canned or fresh diced pineapple, and a few key ingredients.

It’s a refreshing and delicious way to serve up your next batch of Air Fried Tortilla Chips.

The taste is a perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I love the colors, and I think it makes for a fun and festive appetizer that your guests and family will absolutely love.

How to Select Fresh Pineapple

When you go to the grocery store, you need to look for a pineapple that has a firm shell, and bounces back, when you squeeze it.

If you find that your pineapple is hard, it means that your pineapple is not ripe.

Pick a pineapple that has no visible bruises.

How to Store Fresh Pineapple

If you purchase the pineapple, but will not be making pineapple salsa for a few days, place it into the refrigerator.

The pineapple will last for about 2 to 3 days.

Other Pineapples To Use For Pineapple Salsa

You can also use canned diced pineapple or fresh pineapple that has been diced in the grocery store.

You can usually find diced fresh pineapple in the produce department.
