In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir together gently. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
How to Select Fresh Pineapple
When you go to the grocery store, you need to look for a pineapple that has a firm shell, and bounces back, when you squeeze it.
If you find that your pineapple is hard, it means that your pineapple is not ripe.
Pick a pineapple that has no visible bruises.
How to Store Fresh Pineapple
If you purchase the pineapple, but will not be making pineapple salsa for a few days, place it into the refrigerator.
The pineapple will last for about 2 to 3 days.
Other Pineapples To Use For Pineapple Salsa
You can also use canned diced pineapple or fresh pineapple that has been diced in the grocery store.
You can usually find diced fresh pineapple in the produce department.
