How To Make Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Livers

Step One: Rinse and pat chicken livers dry with paper towels. Trim any connective tissue or excess fat.

Step Three: Dredge each liver in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.

Step Four: Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F and lightly spray the basket with cooking oil.
Step Five: Arrange the breaded chicken livers in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overcrowding. Lightly spray the tops with oil. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Step Six: Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a minute. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Easy Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Livers Recipe Tips
- Don’t Overcrowd: Cook in batches if needed to ensure even crispiness.
- Light Oil Spray: A quick spritz helps achieve golden, crunchy coating.

- Check Doneness: Chicken livers should reach 165°F internally for safe consumption.
- Serve Immediately: Best enjoyed hot and crispy straight from the air fryer.

Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Let cooked chicken livers cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

- Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes until warmed through and crispy. Alternatively, use a 300°F oven for 5–7 minutes.
