Air Fryer Swordfish Kebabs Recipe Pro Tips

  • Cut Evenly: Ensure all ingredients, especially the swordfish and vegetables, are cut into evenly sized pieces. This ensures even cooking.
  • Marinate Swordfish: For added flavor, marinate the swordfish cubes in lemon juice, olive oil, and your favorite herbs for 30 minutes to 1 hour before skewering.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheating the air fryer helps achieve a crispy exterior on the swordfish kebabs from the start.
  • Use Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning in the air fryer.
  • Check Doneness: Use a food thermometer to ensure the swordfish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
  • Rotate Kebabs: If needed, rotate the kebabs halfway through cooking to ensure even browning and cooking of all sides.
