Description

Air Fryer Swordfish Kebabs is one of my favorite summertime recipes! If you love an easy recipe, that is done in about 15 minutes, look no further than my Air Fryer Swordfish Kebabs Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound swordfish steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 whole bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cut fresh swordfish steak into cubes of equal size. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Cut bell peppers and onions into chunks. Thread swordfish cubes, bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating for color and flavor.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Lightly brush or spray the kebabs with olive oil. Please place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook the kebabs in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the swordfish is cooked and the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
  • Remove the kebabs from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them. Serve immediately, optionally garnishing with chopped parsley or cilantro.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
  • Skewers, soaked for 30 minutes in cold water, before threading
