Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder,
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 3/4 cup peaches, peeled and diced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, until fluffy. Whisk in the 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, 2 tablespoons milk and mix until well combined.
  • In another bowl, add the 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice.
  • Fold the dry mixture, into the wet mixture. then slowly fold in the diced 1 3/4 cup peaches.
  • Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and fill each cup about two-thirds full with batter. Place the muffin pan in the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, and set cook time for 12–15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
