This is one of my favorite chicken reicpes. It really requires a few pantry items and you have a great marinated chicken breast, that doesn't try out and you get a great caramelized flavor.
In a large mixing bowl, large enough for the chicken breast, mix together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, EVOO, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken breast, and then place in the refrigerator for about one hour.
Then place in the air fryer basket or air fryer tray and set the temperature for 370 degrees F, for 7 minutes, after 7 minutes flip the chicken and air fry for another 7 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
