Air Fryer, Air Fried, The Easiest Breakfast Air Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspon salt
  • 1/2 taspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teawspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Start by dicing the potatoes and red pepper, into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and mix well.

  3. Pour the ingredients into the air fryer basket. 

  4. Set the time for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F, after 10 minutes, shake the basket and set the timer for another 10 minutes. 

  5. Plate, serve and enjoy!
