Air Fryer, Dutch Baby Pancakes In the Air Fryer

Today I present to you a very easy and classic dish, the dutch baby pancake, done in the air fryers, easy and absolutely delicious.  This is a cross over between a pancake, crepe and a popover!

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (2 tablespoons will be used for greasing the pan)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Optional: Serve with fresh berries, powdered sugar and, or maple syrup


  1. Start by mixing the eggs, milk, salt and 2 tablespoons of butter, vanilla extract, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix well, remember to scrape the sides.

  3. This is the pan (see my blog, where you can find it)

  4. Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter, and then brush it on to the pan.

  5. Pour the batter into the pan.

  6. Set in the air fryer oven or in your basket, and set the temperature for 330 degrees F, for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip your pancake and air fry for another 3 minutes.

  7. Then remove from the air fryer, plate with powdered sugar, maple syrup or fresh berries,
