Air Fryer-Air Fried-Roasted Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes


  • 1 1/2 pounds Idaho potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  1. Start by chopping up your potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Then add the Parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes.

  3. Then add the olive oil.

  4. Add the salt, pepper, and rosemary.

  5. Mix well.

  6. Add  them to the Air Fryer Basket, and set the temperature 390 degrees F, and the time for 25 minutes

  7. Halfway during the process at about 12 minutes, shake the basket. I shake mine every 5 minutes until they are done.

  8. When the time is up, check to see that they are done, they should be fork tender.

  9. Plate, serve and enjoy!
