Pressure Cooker, Instant Pot, Raspberry Ice Tea


  • 4 cups water
  • 4 raspberry tea bags
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon, cut up
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  1. In your Instant Pot, place the water, tea bags, and baking soda.

  2. Place the lid on and make sure it's in the sealing position.

  3. Set the manual high pressure for 4 minutes.

    When the timer beeps, let it naturally release.

  4. Be careful and remove the tea bags.

    Mix in the sugar, until it's dissolved.  Then add the cut lemon slices, 

  5. Transfer the tea to a pitcher, and refrigerate until it's cold. Serve over ice and with raspberries and/or lemon wedges.
