  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1 Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup half-and-half , or heavy cream
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt 2 tablespoons butter .
