There is nothing like a good Copycat Recipe. Today’s recipe for Instant Pot Copycat Cajun Chicken Pasta is my take on Chili’s famous pasta dish. Same great flavor and great taste.
There is no Chili’s near us, but we recently went to visit some relatives up North, and we got a chance to dine at Chilis. My kids, who absolutely love anything pasta, both ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and fell in love. So, when I came back home, I put it on my list of things to figure out how to prepare in the Instant Pot.
This is a simple recipe, and I love making pasta dishes with the help of my Instant Pot. The signature sauce is a homemade alfredo sauce, which is easily made in minutes.
