Copycat KFC Coleslaw--There is nothing like a homemade version of the famous KFC Coleslaw. It’s a simple dish that you can make in minutes, and it’s absolutely delicious and tastes just like the real thing.


  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups diced cabbage
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions


  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. Mix the Miracle Whip, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the dressing until smooth.
  3. Then use a sharp knife or food processor and dice the cabbage and carrots into small pieces.
  4. Add the dressing to the diced vegetables and mix well.
  5. Cover with saran wrap and place into the refrigerator.
  6. Allow the coleslaw to chill for about 3 to 4 hours before serving.
  7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
